Creating the Scanned Tickets Report in Spektrix

Here we show you how to set up the scanned tickets report so that crowdEngage can read your scans

1. Click on the Control Pannel

3. Click on New report

4. Type "crowdEngage - scanned tickets" in the Name field

Make sure the report type is set to "Sales"

8. Drag "Seat Status" into the "Drop criteria here..." box

18. Drag "First Successful Scan Time" into the dotted box next to "Barcode"

31. Select Raw (XML)
