crowdEngage can pull your membership data from Spektrix or Tessitura, to create a digital membership card your customer's can present to you in venue

We can turn on individual membership types so that any customer who purchases a ticket and is a member, will see the card on their digital ticket. Customers can then add their membership to an Apple or Google wallet, and the membership will stay here until it expires. If they have an auto-renewed membership it will update automatically when it is renewed.
You can also change the colour of the membership for different levels or to suit your branding, just let us know what you'd like for each type
If your customer does not have a membership you can still utilise the membership tab. Instead of showing a card, we can add a page where you can explain the benefits of the membership and provide a link directly to the membership purchase page on your website.
