FAQS
You can now use templating language when creating your FAQs to make these more personal to your customers. You can find out more here
On top of this, you can also use the new criteria builder within the FAQs to change who sees the messaging. This gives you way more control over how you engage with your customers!

Email Tool
We have a snazzy new email tool so you can send out your pre-show and post-show emails in the same way as you would your texts. It doesn’t cost any more to send a few emails within your flow, so if you are already sending out a text, why not give it a try?
We have a small set-up to do to get you up and running but it’s very straightforward. If you’d like a demo of the email tool, just drop us a line!

Criteria Builder
We have created a new criteria builder, so that you can amend who your messages are sent out to. This makes it a lot easier to navigate and means you no longer have to use code within your text to send different messaging. You can use almost any attribute within your ticketing system to change who your messages or menus are sent to. ICR Touch Integration
We have recently integrated with ICR touch, meaning that our pre-ordering services are made easier for a wider range of clients. If you haven’t used the bar ordering tool and would like to try it, let us know. If you are unsure if your point of sale system integrates with crowdEngage we can take a look at this for you.

The support centre has been updated so if you are struggling with anything or have any new staff-members using the platform, you can use this as a tool to familiarise yourself.
