Here we explain our new donations feature that lets your customers make charitable donations directly to you, powered by crowdEngage.
It's really easy to set up our new donations tab. Just get in touch at email@example.com
The tab will show on the mobile ticket and means your customers can make a donation quickly. All you need is a stripe account and we can get this set up. Users of any ticketing system can use the donations tab to collect charitable donations that will be deposited in to your stripe account.
Currently the system will only read back the data of these donations for Spektrix users but we will be integrating with the other ticketing systems in due course, so that all of our clients can have the same experience.
Once the donations have been made it will automatically read back to Spektrix so you can see the donation in your usual reporting. It will also add on to the customer profile so you know who has donated.
Currently, if your customer has an existing gift aid declaration then we can use this to add gift aid. Otherwise it will not ask for gift aid. You can set up a catch up email to go to non-gift aid donors to see if they'd like to add this retrospectively.
