Do you want to increase the relevance of your communication? Do you want to reduce your unsubscribes? To create specific lists that subscribers can sign up to?
Then it is your lucky day.🍀 Our Preference Center does that... And more! You can find the Preference Center in the Tools section and then selecting Opt-in Management.
Let us dive into our newest feature, which allows you to tailor the way people sign up and unsubscribe from lists. So next time rock-loving John can just sign up to only rock, and not get annoyed by emails that are irrelevant for them. At the same time, we reduce the unsubscribe as when already subscribed opera-loving Jack gets another rock newsletter, they can adjust their preferences instead of unsubscribing.
Fully customizable Preference Center and confirmation page
Using the same editor that you use to set up emails, you can now create a fully branded preference center and confirmation page, including images, video, texts and everything else you know from the editor. It’s linked to your email editor, so you can reuse existing blocks and images saved in the media library.
Manage topics and hide the ones you don’t want people to see
When you go to Opt-in management on the Tools menu, you can see all the topics that are listed in the Preference Center, you can change names and add a short description, change the order and you can mark topics as hidden.
Hidden topics will only be visible to those that are on the list, in other words, a VIP will only see the VIP topic if they are on that list.
😎 Pro tip: Besides the usual genre preferences, topics can also be used for “last minute offers” and similar lists that you can use to set up highly targeted, highly relevant campaigns without hitting your whole database.
Build lists from lead generation campaigns
Many clients use topics for lead-generation campaigns, and setting up landing pages for upcoming shows or special offers. You can still use forms and topics for these, if you don’t add the topic to the Opt-In Management tool, they won’t show in the Preference Center - only on your own list selector.
Time to open the Preference Center and explore all its possibilities!
