The new Digital ticket has your same old favourites but has been updated so it's even better.
The new mobile ticket is out available for all our clients. Here's the new features:
- A carousel toolbar at the top so that there can be as many tabs as needed and they can be scrolled through easily
- A language translator so international visitors can make full use of the platform and bilingual venues will be catered for. If you have a language request, please let us know.
(Please note - any written text you have customised will not be automatically translated) - The new "live tickets" have a rainbow outline which will move to show that the ticket is real and hasn't been screenshotted. It also looks very snazzy!
- If the venue sells supplementary events such as pre-show talks, workshops or ice-cream vouchers, as a separate event - these tickets will all now be shown on the "related tickets tab". This works by grouping tickets within a specific timeframe and it is easy to select what to include or exclude. This means no more sending an extra text!
- Tickets can now be suppressed, either until a certain time on the day of the performance (to deter ticket tours) or indefinitely if you want customer's to visit the box office to show ID. This is displayed in the bottom ticket on the image.
- The bar menus are a bit more user friendly and the customer journey should be a lot easier!
