When orders are placed, they will display in a list on the crowdEngage dashboard as pictured below. All orders will show in crowdEngage, whether or not they have been sent over to a till system yet, so you can check on how many orders you have at any time. If the orange clock is displayed then the trigger has not yet gone to send the order to your till system. They will turn green when that happens.
Each individual order can be clicked on to see them in more detail including the customer and order details. This is also where any refunds can be made. Clicking on the stripe button next to the order will direct you to stripe to process the refund from there.
If a synced epos system is used then the orders will be pushed through to the till at the designated time, printed off from the till and made up ready for the customer. Otherwise we can send an email when the menu closes so the same process can occur without the use of the integrated till.
Reporting information from crowdEngage presales can be found by clicking on the event instance.
This then directs you to a page that will offer a breakdown of each item ordered per menu. These can be download these as a csv file if needed and is handy for tallying up at the end of the night or checking during the day to see how the orders will be for that evening.
If any other reporting is needed for your business, please contact support. We can send a weekly or monthly report of how many pre-orders have been sold and the total value or orders placed.
