This is where emergency messages can be sent to customers straight away without the use of any scheduling.
Messages can be sent to customers almost immediately when using the instant send function. This can be found in the Messaging drop down menu. Please note this function only works for texts, not emails.
This should only be used if there is something extremely important or last minute that customers should be aware of. It will send to all customers booked in for a certain event who have a mobile number.
Please note this will send a flow template and not a flow step - therefore any criteria you have on a flow step will not apply. The message will send to ALL customers booked in. Messages cannot be retracted once they are sent so please be careful with this feature.
Simply choose the event instance that you want to send the message to as well as the message template. Then hit the button.
It's helpful to have some emergency templates created within a flow so you have them to edit and send if you ever need them.
