This is where the sent messages are displayed so that they can be monitored
In Sent Messages under the Messaging drop down menu, you can see all the texts that have been sent in the last 30 days.
By clicking on the arrow we are able to see the exact message that has been sent alongside the time that it was processed by crowdEngage.
The search box can be used by entering either a customer's surname or mobile number. If a message has been attempted by crowdEngage in the last 30 days it will appear.
On very rare occasions, crowdEngage will send the message but the mobile carrier will reject it. If the message shows here but the customer did not receive it, please let us know and we can check with the messaging provider.
If it's important to know how many messages have been sent for a particular event this can be monitored, by clicking into Events and then into the individual event instance. This will display the number of tickets sold, number of customers contacted by text or email and how many have clicked on the digital ticket link from there.
