This explains how other purchases for the same day can be displayed within a customer's digital ticket.
Digital tickets are great, but what if a customer has also bought ice-cream vouchers. or a post-show talk? We don't want one customer to get three messages!
This is where the new crowdEngage related tickets feature comes in. Now, instead of having to send an additional message, we can set it up so that any other events that have been sold within a particular timeframe, of your choosing, are visible through the same mobile ticket link.
Now we have the original tickets for the performance on the front page but another tab called "Related tickets"
(This tab name can be changed to something that is more suitable for your venue. - just let us know)
When clicking on this tab it will display the additional tickets or vouchers that have been sold as a supplementary event through the ticketing system.
Any supplementary events that should not be displayed to the customer can also be filtered out.
For example, many clients sell ticket protection but you don't need to show this in the venue for any reason, so it may be easier to exclude this so your customer's don't see it.
If you'd like to set up related tickets just let us know via support@crowdengage.com - let us know which events to exclude and what time-frame you'd like to include. whether it's all events within 24 hours or within an hour either side of the show.
