Below you will find a starter template that you can use for your customer communications.
(Venue Name)’s Brand New Digital Tickets
We are now introducing digital tickets through our partner crowdEngage. You will receive these via text on the day of your performance. It will look something like this:
You will know the message is from us as it will come from the text name (insert name here) and the digital ticket will have our logo on it.
Simply click on the link in the message and it will take you to your digital ticket. You can use this ticket to gain entry and find out more information about the venue including how to get here and any FAQs.
What if you are running late and want to give your friend their own ticket? Just click the share button and follow the instructions. The ticket will disappear from your screen and your friend can use it to gain entry or order their own drinks.
For easier access to your ticket, you can save it to a Google or Apple wallet so that it’s easy to find when you get to the venue. Just hit the relevant button on the mobile ticket link.
You can also purchase drinks in advance through our digital ticket. Just click on the “orders” tab and you will see the pre-order menus. Check the instructions on the confirmation page for where to collect your drinks and enjoy beating the queues. If you are a member, your discount will be automatically added to your pre-orders.
Don’t have a mobile number on your account? Contact the box office to update your profile and enjoy having your tickets delivered to you right when you need them.
We may also text if there are any emergency cancellations or last minute updates to your event. We will not text you for anything that doesn’t relate directly to your visit.
