Type "crowdEngage - scanned tickets" in the Name field Make sure the report type is set to "Sales" 5. Type "PLEASE DO NOT EDIT. Contact support@crowdengage.com for any queries." in the Description field 6. Click on Next 7. Click on the '+' sign next to Seats 8. Drag "Seat Status" into the "Drop criteria here..." box 9. Check Scanned 10. Click on the '+' sign next to Event Instances 11. Drag "Start Date" into the "Drop to add criteria" box 12. Set "Start Date" to "Today" 13. Click on Next 14. Click on the '+' sign next to "Tickets / Reservations" 15. Uncheck Only show commonly used columns 16. Drag "Barcode" into the dotted box underneath "Output Columns" 17. Click on the '+' sign next to "Ticket Scans" 18. Drag "First Successful Scan Time" into the dotted box next to "Barcode" 19. Click on Ok 20. Click on Report Schedules 21. Click on Add 22. Type "crowdEngage - scanned tickets" in the "Name" field 23. Make sure both "Active" and "Run on demand" are checked 24. Click on Next 25. Click on Add Report 26. Search for the report you just created by typing "crowdengage" in the search box 27. Click on the '+' sign next to the "crowdEngage - scanned tickets" report 28. Click on Select this report and criteria set 29. Type "crowdEngage - scanned tickets" in the "Name" field 30. Type "spektrix+user@crowdengage.com" in the "Email to" field 31. Select Raw (XML) 32. Click on Next 33.
