To make sure your AudienceView system syncs properly with crowdEngage, we need you to set up a few items in AudienceView:
Whitelist Exchange IP Addresses
Configuration Link
You Activity Stream implementation team will share a configuration link with you. This link contains all of the fields we need to sync with your AudienceView System:
Base URL
Please send us the base URL for your API, for example:
https://tix.activitytix.org:1111/app/WebAPI/v2/
API User Account
You will need to create a new API user. Fill in the details as follows:
| Username | activitystreamAPI |
| Password | Choose something secure and make a note of it. |
This information can then be entered into your configuration page.
Production Information
Activity Stream can group your events into productions, series, and seasons. Please complete this last section to allow for this grouping - we just need to know the name of each of the distinguishing fields
Whitelisting IP Addresses
You may need to whitelist Exchange’s IP addresses to allow us to access the API endpoints. Please let us know if you need to do so, and we’ll provide these addresses.
