Advanced Options (Scoped Users)
- Entity Scope
In this section, you can select entities to which your user will have access to. This could be a performance, production, venue, or performer. The user will only be able to see that which you select manually.
Please note you should not click directly on the event/performance title as it would redirect you to its page, click near the title instead. - Default Dashboard
In this section, you can choose what dashboard will be the home page for users entering the platform. The automatic default dashboard for all users currently is Sales Overview. - Subtenant
In this section, you can select subtenants, such as your promoters, which are processes in your ticketing data. Selecting a subtenant for a user will allow them to see all the data for this specific subtenant. Thus, if a specific event is attached to a subtenant on your ticketing platform and you create a user with this subtenant, the user will be able to access data for this event and all others that are tied to the same subtenant. - Pii (Personally identifiable information)
If you want your user to have access to customer data: tick the Pii box If you want your user to not have access to customer data: leave the Pii box unticked
