If you have sent an invitation to a user, they should have received it in their email inbox. If they have not, please ask them to check their email Spam and Trash folders. If they still cannot find the email, please contact us at support@activitystream.com for us to troubleshoot with the user.
When you email us, we would appreciate if you can look into the following issues, to speed up the troubleshooting process; some may require support from your IT team:
- Send the invitation to another email to test whether this is an issue for just one user or for multiple. Try emails with the same org. domain and external ones, too.
- Investigate whether there is an organizational firewall blocking some emails.
