You might face different situations when you get an issue during the log-in. I've added below the most common cases:
Forever loading screen after login
- Try refreshing your screen and/or waiting 5 minutes:
- The issue might be that you have an extension that is blocking access to the platform. Try accessing the platform through Incognito mode. If this helps, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help figure out which extensions cause this.
- If after trying these tips the error persists, please reach out to us at email@example.com and we will investigate the error and fix it.
Oops!, something went wrong
If while trying to log in, you click on the URL and you end up having the following page, this is probably linked to an error in the bookmarked URL.
It could be that you bookmarked a dashboard that included an old feature or element that is no longer in use in your Activity Stream instance.
The solution is to use the URL you received through the first Activity Stream welcome to your instance email you got.
