Give us a call If this is the biggest on-sale so far and the promoters are emailing you for stats every 2 minutes - please feel free to call +45 53704880 and we will take care of this asap!
In all other cases, we will work just as hard, but instead of calling just send us an email on support@activitystream.com.
If this is the first time you are logging in:
- If you're not seeing data on your first time on the platform, this might mean there is an issue with your account. Please contact support@activitystream.com explaining the situation. Please include your account details (email, name, URL that you were using).
- Please check the Year Over Year dashboard. Can you see data there? If so, please take a screenshot of it and send it to us, so we can investigate why recent data is missing.

If this is not the first time you're logging in and you have seen data before:
Please select a larger date range on the
Date Picker (top right). Can you see data with a broader period selected? If so, what is the latest date you can see on your Period Selector (top-center calendar bar) with data?

Please email us to support@activitystream.com with subject line "Missing data since xx/xx" and details on whether:
- All data is missing for a specific time period.
or
- All data is missing for a specific event/promoter.
or
- There is data, but it is not showing the right numbers (if this is the case, then please send us an event report from your ticketing platform as well, so we can QA the data and figure out what is going on!)
