Sent emails, opens, and clicks are tracked automatically, but to be able to track how many people ended up buying a ticket through your email, the buttons, images and links should be UTM tagged.
Made it to the design page? You are already halfway there
On the right side of the design page, there is a window dedicated to UTM tags.
As you probably already noticed, most of the fields are already pre-filled: this is because your chosen Campaign Name and Source (Type/Template) is also used as a UTM tag.
To read more about how the Types/Templates work, please click here: Creating your First Template.
All that is left now, is to add your event URLs to the line right above the pre-filled UTM tags.

Add UTM tags to:
- Buttons
- Images
- Links in the text
As seen above, add the URL that will be used when a customer clicks on a button, image, or link.
Click 'Copy to clipboard' and paste to the URL section of the button, image, or link.
Click 'Copy to clipboard' and paste to the URL section of the button, image, or link.

What does this give me?
Adding UTM tags to your links allows you to know afterwards, how many people clicked and purchased something trough that link. The results can be seen afterwards in the 'Sales Channels' dashboard, where the same UTM tags will show up under 'Campaign' and 'Medium' component.
