Data Timeframe
One of the most important functions within the top bar is the data timeframe when analysing data and what specific timeframe you want to compare how well your venue has been performing. On Sales Overview e.g. it will always default to 7 days, but you can of course click and select a specific time frame e.g., days, weeks and months as well as giving you the option of costuming your time period.
Or, if you find it easier, you can also update the date directly on the URL.

You can select which type you want to review your performance either via tickets sold or revenue. Tickets will be set as default when accessing your AS.
Sales & Event Date
Here you can select how you would like to view your dashboard either as a sales date or an event date.

If you want to see what are the event that sold the most in the month, you need to select the current month and then filter by Sales Date
Breadcrumbs
We know that sometimes, when we apply a lot of filters, we forgot about what we selected.
For this reason we help you keep track of it!
On the top left bar of your dashboard, you will be able to see all the filters you have applied to your screen. This helps you get an idea of the filters you have applied, and you can also delete them by clicking on the x next to each one.
Deselect filters
There are two ways to deselect your filters (and no, refreshing the page does not reset your view).
1. On the top left side of your dashboard, you will be able to see your breadcrumbs of the filters you have on the dashboard. To delete one, click on the x next to it.
2. If you want to reset your screen from all the filters, you can always click Deselect all from the top bar of your dashboard.
