Here you will learn how to create your text flow steps using message templating language.
When building your message templates in crowdEngage you will come across various needs for simple and complex customizations. For example, you might want to address your customers by name, add special information for certain performances, or only send messages to certain ticket holders.
You will find examples of most of the use cases in the various articles in this section, and we will also give you some tips and tricks along the way. That being said, we are always happy to take a look at your templates and give advice on the best way to achieve your desired results!

Advanced usage
crowdEngage uses a templating framework called Jinja2. If you’d like to know more about it, we recommend checking their website http://jinja.pocoo.org/docs/2.10/templates/
The way we have set this all up allows us to be very flexible, so if there's something you'd like to do, it can probably be done! Please do get in touch - we're always happy to help devise new templates.
