You want to know which campaigns are doing well and which ones need to be brushed up. So you open your Google Analytics and wow... So much information!
On Sales Channels we give you all the UTM data from your GA and present it in a way you can understand it and use it. Despite that, it can still be tricky to navigate so we created 3 tips for you:
- Filter Data:
It's still a lot of data, which means if you want to be more specific you can add filters. Remember that everything is clickable. So if you want to know how a specific Referrer did on a specific event, you just need to click them and you'll see the data shifting.
- Help is a click away:
You're looking at the graphs and there's Referrers, Mediums, Sources and more... What is what? We know it's hard to remember everything by heart, that's why we have our Need Help button at the bottom right corner. You can click on it, go to Dashboards, select Sales Channels and you'll have all the information you need.
- UTM Tag Everything:
This data and graphs are all fine and dandy but they don't come from thin air. We can only track this data when you use UTM Tags. Our last tip is: UTM Tag everything!! Never heard of this or you heard about it but don't know much? We got you covered, check out our articles on UTM Tagging here.
