Our clients are very engaged with their most recent buyers and loyal customers. The clients get pattern tracked, analysed, emailed... Don't get us wrong, this is great! 🎉
But what about, the usually forgotten, customers who made a purchase around 2 years ago or more? 🧐 Did you know they can be tracked and targeted too?
How to find clients from 2+ years ago?
1. Go to Customer Overview
2. Go to Customer Tags and search Inactive
2.1 An inactive customer is a customer without purchases within 3 years of today
2.2 A going inactive customer is a customer who is within a year of going inactive
3. Click on Going Inactive and Inactive
Great, you found them in just 3 steps!!
Who are these inactive customers?
In order to bring them back we need to get to know them and understand what they like. Now you can see if they came from your area or not, the price categories they bought, the event categories, and much more.
You can have more details! You can always go more granular. On the left, you have each client and you can click on them. Once you click you can even find out information from their birthday and classification to a detailed timeline.
What are you going to do with these customers?
I'm guessing we're thinking the same: 🥳 a campaign!! Jinx!
Go to the top and click Export and then select Create a Campaign for this Segment (or export as CSV).
Now start building according to what you found, what did they all have in common? Are they from far away and you're giving them discounts on hotels?
Do they like a specific type of event and you're preparing a list just for them?
Or you'll be super attentive, and you'll send an email to each of them on their birthday? And no, you won't have to remember it, you can create it now and schedule it to the preferred date and time.
Let's get creative and reactivate these customers! We dare you to bring them all back to active!
