How to Use the Ticket Search Function
Here we show you how to use ticket search to view how your digital ticket will look, re-send a customer's ticket or help them order a drink.
Clicking on the Ticket Search heading will bring up this page.
You can search for a ticket using either an order ID or a customer ID to find a live version of a ticket. This is helpful if you'd like to see an update to how your tickets appear (new branding, new attributes added etc, updated donations tab etc.)
Searching an order ID will bring up the ticket associate with that order.
If you search a customer ID, it will bring up all recent tickets belonging to that specific customer in a list.
The ticket that appears is a live version of what the customer will see. This means If they need help you can use this screen to demo how things work or even order them a drink.
You can also search for membership cards if these have been sent using automations.
If a customer needs their ticket or membership card re-sent, you can copy the link to the clipboard and send it to them from your own email.
