Offers
What Is the Offers Page?
The Offers page provides detailed analytics on how your promotional offers and discount codes are performing. It shows you which offers drive the most revenue, how they affect order values, and whether they attract new customers or encourage repeat purchases.
Accessing Offers
In the left sidebar, expand Sales Performance and click Offers.
Filters and Controls
The top of the page provides filtering options:
- Search: Search for specific offers or shows using the dropdown search field.
- Date range: Select a date range using the date picker (e.g., 02/14/26 - 03/16/26).
- Date basis: Toggle between Event Date (when the performance occurs) and Transaction Date (when the ticket was purchased) to change how the data is aggregated.

Comparison Charts
Six charts compare transactions with offers versus those without, helping you understand the impact of your promotional activity:

- Average ticket quantity: Compares tickets per order for offer vs. non-offer transactions.
- Net revenue: Revenue trends for offer-related transactions.
- Net tickets sold: Ticket volume trends for offer-related transactions.
- New customers: New customer acquisition with and without offers.
- Returning customers: Repeat purchase patterns with and without offers.
Each chart uses a colored line for With offer and a gray line for Without offer, making it easy to see the impact at a glance.
