Sales Performance: Getting Started

What Is Sales Performance?

Sales Performance is a new section in Encore Pro dedicated to understanding how your ticket sales and revenue are performing across different dimensions. It brings together analytics tools that help you compare performance over time, evaluate promotional offers, and (coming soon) analyze sales by channel, membership programs, and donation activity.

Accessing Sales Performance

Click Sales Performance in the left sidebar to expand its sub-menu. You will see five pages:

Time Comparison	Live	Multi-period comparison of revenue, tickets, pricing, and customer trends
Offers	Live	Analytics on promotional offers and discount codes

Donations	Coming Soon	Donation and fundraising analytics

Time Comparison and Offers are fully live and ready to use. See the dedicated articles for each:

Time Comparison: Compare sales KPIs across multiple years, quarters, or months with interactive charts and customizable granularity.
Offers: Analyze promotional offer performance with charts comparing offer vs. non-offer transactions and a detailed breakdown table by offer type.

Pages Coming Soon

Channels, Memberships, and Donations currently display a Work in Progress message. These pages are under active development and will be available in a future update.

Channels: Will allow you to analyze sales performance by distribution channel, helping you understand which sales channels are most effective.
Memberships: Will provide analytics on membership and subscription programs, including renewal rates and revenue contribution.
Donations: Will offer insights into donation and fundraising activity associated with your events and organization.
