The crowdEngage team has been busy behind the scenes, and we wanted to make sure you had the info on all of our latest updates!
🎉 New Features 🎉
- NEW LOGIN INTERFACE- You may have seen an alert on the crowdEngage login page letting you know that we're going to be updating some things. Well, the time has come! Later this week, you'll see some updates to the login-experience. Don't worry, this is all perfectly normal:
- The crowdEngage login page will now be "auth.activitystream.com" and the page will have a fresh new coat of paint!
- Your actual crowdEngage dashboard will now live at "crowdengage.activitystream.com"
"So, what do I need to do?" That's the beautiful part - absolutely nothing! Your current login credentials will still work, and there aren't any changes to the platform itself. At the most, you might just want to update your browser bookmarks for crowdEngage and know that you're not being hacked!
🐛 Bug Fixes 🐛
- Previously, Related Tickets couldn't be added to Apple or Google Wallet. This is all set, so your guests can add those related tickets into their devices wallet!
- We discovered a bug where times were not displaying consistently across the "Events" and "Instances" pages in the dashboard. This has been fixed and the space-time continuum has been restored!
🛠️ Maintenance 🛠️
- Did you know that crowdEngage automatically shortens URLs for you? This means there's no need to use other URL shorteners, and links from them won't be accepted.
- When you go to look up Event Instances, if there are no more future instances, we've removed all filters so you'll see all instances instead of just future ones!
