Troubleshooting: Login Issues
There are a few common reasons that a user cannot login. If these solutions don't allow users to login, please reach out to support@activitystream.com.
Users sometimes face different issues during the log-in. Here are the most common issues and solutions:
Dashboards Never Load After Login
- Try refreshing the screen and/or waiting 5 minutes:
- Internet Explorer or Opera often cause thi issue, as they don't support modern javascript versions. Please use Activity Stream on Firefox, Chrome, or Edge.
- An extension may be blocking access to the platform. Try accessing the platform through Incognito mode. If this helps, please reach out to support@activitystream.com so we can identify extensions cause this and troubleshoot further.
- If the error persists, please reach out to us at support@activitystream.com and we will investigate.
"Oops!, something went wrong" Error Message
If this error appears during login, this is probably linked to an error in the bookmarked URL.
It could be that the bookmarked URL is directing to a dashboard that included an old feature or element that is no longer in use in Activity Stream.
Please use the URL sent in the Activity Stream welcome email for access.
