Using Conditional Formatting in Email Templates
Here is where we show you how to change your email messaging depending on the customer receiving it.
Within the body of your email, you might want to dynamically change who sees what information. There are two different ways to do this using crowdEngage.
The first way is using your Blocks. Select the block or section that you want to be conditional. Then you can use the add condition button
When you click on this it will open another box. You would then choose add custom expression
Next just write in the condition (support can help you with this depending what you want to achieve). In the example below the block will only appear for customers who have more or equal to 10 tickets.
Alternatively you can use the same code within the body of the text to change a line depending on who is reading it.
Using the same criteria as above you could have something like
This means that customers with ten tickets or more get different instructions than those with less than 10
