Using Customer Tags/Constituencies in crowdEngage
Here we demonstrate how you can target your customers using tags.
For the majority of ticketing systems (please check with support to make sure yours is included) we can pull the information for your customer tags (or constituencies as they are called in Tessitura)
These can now be used to target customers using the criteria builder.
The below example shows how you could use a tag to send specific messaging for access bookers but really there are so many options when it comes to tags it opens the door to a much more personalised approach to communications.
You may also have customers who don't want to receive the pre-show texts - you could add a tag of this nature and make sure they are excluded from any SMS comms in the future.
